Naval aviators have one of the most amazing jobs in the world, but sometimes it can be harsh as shown in this video. You will see it is not a typical day on the ship when you watch the video. The weather is not being kind for the aviators on this day.

No matter the conditions the pilots have to get the birds on the ship safe. This pilot did an amazing job at landing the F/A-18C fighter aircraft on the ship.

The quality of the video is not the best since it is an old video but it is clearly visible how the sea is being rough and the pilot does superb work. The video was taken back in 1993 aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) in the Persian Gulf.

If you continue watching the video even after the aircraft landing is done, you will see how much the ship moves. You can notice this from the appearance and disappearance of the horizon number of times throughout the video. You can hear how excited the person on this video becomes after the landing. As someone who experiences it in real life, he must know how tough it is to do the landing. The person who took the video has done a good job too!
